



I've been involved in sports, fitness and the most up-to-date training activities most of my life: Specializing in plyometric training for athletes and 10 years as a football kicking/punting coach.
Over the years I've continued to be active in the fitness field, taking up kettlebell lifting seven years ago and incorporating it into my fitness regime and in my profession as a firefighter.
Since that time I have trained firefighters, policemen, civilians and athletes of all ages.
